Testing and Wipe Policy

Scheduled access

Public launch has not started. Closed-phase access is available only to approved accounts during announced test periods. Approval, pledge priority, or a previous invitation does not create permanent or unrestricted access.

Characters and progress

Test characters, progression, currencies, inventories, rankings, guilds, and other state may be adjusted, rolled back, or wiped when required by technical changes, balance work, security, or test design. Wipes will be announced when practicable.

Purchased test items

Test-shop contents are not final. Purchased items used during testing may be wiped, reissued, converted, or refunded according to the announcement for that test and the Refund Policy. Launch entitlements listed in a pledge package are tracked separately from disposable test progress.

Tester responsibilities

• Use the current approved client and follow test-scope instructions.
• Report crashes, exploits, and progression blockers without abusing or publicly disclosing security-sensitive details.
• Expect unfinished behaviour, downtime, resets, and changes between builds.
