Information we collect

• Account details such as display name, username, email address, authentication identifiers, and linked Discord identity.
• Game and portal activity such as characters, inventories, rankings, orders, support tickets, forum activity, test applications, surveys, and bug reports.
• Technical and security data needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, diagnose failures, and protect accounts.
• The Windows launcher derives separate one-way hashes from a small set of device components for game security. Raw motherboard, BIOS, disk, and Windows identifiers are not sent to or stored by EternalCore.
• Payment status, package, amount, currency, and provider reference. Payment providers process payment credentials; EternalCore does not store full card or wallet credentials.

How data is used

• Create and secure portal and game accounts, provide requested services, and deliver eligible digital goods.
• Select and communicate with testers, operate scheduled tests, investigate reports, and improve the emulator and client distribution.
• Prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and security incidents, and meet legal or provider obligations.
• Link accounts that use the same device signals, enforce suspensions against repeat account creation, and support moderation appeals. A device match is treated as a security signal and reviewed with account context.

Processors and sharing

Data is shared only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications, storage, and payment providers such as Firebase, Discord, and the selected checkout provider. Public posts, rankings, and reports expose only the fields described at submission time.

Retention and requests

Records are retained while needed for account operation, security, financial reconciliation, dispute handling, or project history. Device hashes linked to active sanctions may be retained as security records to prevent sanction evasion. Contact Support to request access, correction, deletion, or a moderation appeal. Some security, transaction, or legal records may need to be retained.
